This Business Development Representative role is dedicated to ESG, known to osapiens as Business Partner Transparency. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
YOUR MISSION
As a Business Development Representative within ESG at osapiens, you will be championing lead generation initiatives within the realm of corporate sustainability. By researching target companies, initiating product pitches, and nurturing qualified leads, we aim to expand our reach and empower organisations to embrace sustainable practices. On a daily basis, as a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Conduct thorough research on target industries and market segments to identify potential business opportunities.
- Utilise various prospecting methods, including networking events, online platforms, and industry publications, to uncover new leads.
- Customise messaging to resonate with the specific needs and pain points of each prospect.
- Implement strategic timing for outreach efforts to maximise engagement and response rates.
- Provide timely and personalised follow-up communication to nurture leads and maintain their interest.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
- Continuously update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Analyse data and metrics from CRM reports to track lead generation performance and identify areas for improvement.
