This Business Development Manager role is dedicated to ESG, known to osapiens as Business Partner Transparency. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
YOUR MISSION
As a Business Development Manager within ESG at osapiens, you will be championing lead generation initiatives within the realm of corporate sustainability. By researching target companies, initiating product pitches, and nurturing qualified leads, we aim to expand our reach and empower organisations to embrace sustainable practices. Join us in driving business development efforts, shaping the future of sustainable growth, and making a positive impact on the global community.
On a daily basis as a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Researching target companies for our SaaS products and identify target leads aligned with the ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Initiating product pitches, emphasizing outreach messaging, timing, and nurturing
- Bringing qualified leads into our sales pipeline by organizing product demos and handing over prospects to our sales representatives who actually run the demos
- Documenting all activities in our CRM (HubSpot) and enhance workflows independently
- Working autonomously and take ownership of the entire business development process and constantly challenge the status-quo
