YOUR MISSION
Our Partner team here at osapiens is growing! We are looking for a senior individual to take the lead on acquiring new partnerships within the DACH region and grow market share. This is a unique opportunity for somebody senior who can build relationships and negotiate new partnerships for us at osapiens.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Identifying business agents that can become part of osapiens global ecosystem: sustainability leaders, consultant and advisors, system integrators, tech innovators and more
- Developing and maintaining programs to attract the best partners
- Researching the market to identify trends, identify new partners and fence competitors
- Developing and executing strategies to grow the channel revenue exponentially
- Conducting due diligence and partner qualification for our partnership program, both in-bound and out-bound
- Establishing relationships with the right stakeholders based on value and collaboration
- Introducing osapiens’ value proposition, present the solution portfolio and the partnership program
- Developing value creation proposals based on our 3-way win approach and our partnership program
- Negotiating and bringing to closure the partnership agreements
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- At least 5 years (ideally 7 years+) within partner acquisition at a senior level such as within a Partnership Acquisition Leader or a Business Development Leader role. Sales experience can be considered too.
- Experience working within domains such as environmental conservation, corporate social responsibility
- Excellent and assertive communication skills: written, spoken and active listening
- Strong expertise in business development and sales growth
- Organisation skills and project management orientation in a fast-paced organization
- Networking and stakeholder management
- Proven ability to negotiate
- Self-driven and a track record of meeting and exceeding results
- Languages required: Native in German and Full proficiency in English
Additional Desirable experience:
- Experience in supply chain processes
- It would be a bonus if you fluently speak any additional languages
