This has three components:- Distribution: Optimise logistics processes, strengthen customer relationships and sales opportunities and reduce a companies environmental impact with our one-stop solution for last-mile distribution.
- Maintenance: Give a companies maintenance, asset and reliability team the tools and information they need to operate digital efficiently, increase asset availability, improve overall equipment effectiveness and TPM while reducing costs.
- Service: All-in-one service management software to maximise resource efficiency, improve first time fix rates, net promotor scores, reduce energy, waste and emissions with 360 Field Service Excellence.

- Design, implement and oversee our global People Operations processes tailored to our fast-evolving environment, ensuring our team has the resources and support they need from day one
- Own the delivery and effectiveness of all core People Operations responsibilities across the entire employee life cycle and across our markets, proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Take ownership of all HR-related tools and databases with a dedication to precision, data quality, and compliance, building a solid basis for People metrics that foster informed decision-making and enhance HR practices
- Ensure compliance across contract management, people mobility, and policies & procedures, collaborating with finance, legal, and management teams to align People operations with business goals and maintain lifecycle compliance
- Support our payroll and benefits processes, working with internal and external partners for seamless execution
- Lead and mentor junior members of the People & Talent Team, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Emphasize internal documentation and knowledge sharing for an efficient People framework

The company is headquartered in Mannheim and has offices in Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam and London. We employ over 300 people from 60 countries.
