YOUR MISSION
As the Corporate Communications Team Lead at osapiens you will spearhead our external and internal communication strategies, enhancing our brand visibility and market awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity and strategic thinking, with a focus on delivering impactful communications across various platforms tailored to our SaaS offerings and startup ecosystem. It demands a highly strategic, creative, and proactive leader capable of navigating complex business landscapes and driving meaningful engagement across diverse channels.
As our Corporate Communications Team Lead, your key responsibilities will be:
- Strategic Communication: Lead the development and execution of innovative communication strategies that align with the company’s objectives, culture, and SaaS products. Lead crisis management efforts and act as a spokesperson when needed. Enhance company visibility and thought leadership through the orchestration of interviews, press conferences, and PR events.
- Content: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action. Decide on content themes and strategies, oversee production, and review outcomes. Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials for various campaigns, enhancing brand coherence and message consistency across all channels.
- Social Media: Lead the social media strategy, ensuring it aligns with the broader marketing goals.
- Brand: Define and continuously refine the company’s brand strategy, positioning and messaging, making sure they are consistent across all channels and resonate with the target audience. Conduct and analyze market research to inform strategic decisions, ensuring the brand remains relevant and appealing to target demographics.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Lead, inspire, and manage a communications team to achieve excellent performance and development. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to manage reputation, coordinate promotions, and navigate client needs.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- A bachelor's degree in communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in a communications role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
- Strong experience in SaaS or a tech startup environment (this is essential!).
- Proven track record of creating impactful communications strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
