Business Partner Transparency
Der Osapiens HUB ermöglicht es Unternehmen, vollständig den Anforderungen des deutschen Lieferkettensorgfaltsgesetzes und der Hinweisgeber-Richtlinie zu entsprechen, ihren Unternehmens-CO2-Fußabdruck zu berechnen und in Zukunft die Anforderungen der Richtlinie zur unternehmerischen Nachhaltigkeitssorgfalt zu erfüllen.

Product Transparency
Unser Osapiens HUB ermöglicht es Unternehmen, vollständig den Anforderungen mehrerer Track & Trace-bezogener Richtlinien und der Entwaldungsverordnung zu entsprechen, ihren Produkt-CO2-Fußabdruck zu berechnen und in Zukunft die Anforderungen der Produkt-Pass-Richtlinie zu erfüllen.

Operations Efficiency
Unsere Lösungen sind darauf ausgerichtet, die Effizienz der betrieblichen Abläufe eines Unternehmens zu innovieren und zu optimieren. Dies hat drei Komponenten:
Distribution: Optimieren Sie Logistikprozesse, stärken Sie Kundenbeziehungen und Verkaufschancen und reduzieren Sie die Umweltbelastung eines Unternehmens mit unserer One-Stop-Lösung für die letzte Meile der Distribution.
Wartung: Geben Sie einem Unternehmen Wartungs-, Asset- und Zuverlässigkeitsteams die Tools und Informationen, die sie für einen digital effizienten Betrieb benötigen, erhöhen Sie die Verfügbarkeit von Assets, verbessern Sie die Gesamtausrüstungseffektivität und TPM und reduzieren Sie gleichzeitig Kosten.
Service: All-in-One-Service-Management-Software zur Maximierung der Ressourceneffizienz, Verbesserung der First-Time-Fix-Raten, Net Promoter Scores, Reduzierung von Energie, Abfall und Emissionen mit 360 Field Service Excellence.

DEINE MISSION

Du unterstützt das Product Management Team bei der Konzipierung unserer ESG-Softwarelösungen, insbesondere beim Research und Datenaufbereitung
Dabei begleitest du alle Phasen der Produktentwicklung: Konzipierung, Anforderungsdefinition, Design, Entwicklung und Rollout
Du führst Recherchen zu ESG-Regularien und weiteren Produktanforderungen durch
Du bereitest Daten und Informationen auf
Du erstellst Präsentationen und anderen Produktdokumentationen für verschiedene Zielgruppen

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Du studierst im Bachelor oder Master in einem Studiengang mit Nachhaltigkeitsbezug, egal in welche Fachrichtung (Wirtschaft, Sozialwissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften)
Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Kenntnisse /Erfahrung in einem der folgenden Bereiche – oder Interesse dich mit diesen Themen auseinander zu setzen:
1. ESG Compliance: EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), EU-Taxonomie, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
2. Treibhausgasbilanzierung und Klimastrategie: Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) Berechnungen, GHG Protocol Standard, Reduktionsziele- und Maßnahmen
3. Produktnachhaltigkeit: Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
4. Lieferkettengesetz: Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz (LkSG)
Du bringst proaktiv eigene Ideen ein und bist in der Lage, deine Arbeit eigenständig zu organisieren
IT-Vorkenntnisse sind von Vorteil aber keine Notwendigkeit
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Sehr gute MS-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

Business Partner Transparency.
The osapiens HUB enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint and, in the future, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.
Product Transparency
Our osapiens HUB enables companies to fully comply with multiple track & trace related directives and the Deforestation Regulation, to calculate their product carbon footprint, and, in the future, to comply with the Product Passport Directive.
Operations Efficiency
Our solutions are built to innovate and optimise the efficiency of a companies day-to-day operations. This has three components:
- Distribution: Optimise logistics processes, strengthen customer relationships and sales opportunities and reduce a companies environmental impact with our one-stop solution for last-mile distribution.
- Maintenance: Give a companies maintenance, asset and reliability team the tools and information they need to operate digital efficiently, increase asset availability, improve overall equipment effectiveness and TPM while reducing costs.
- Service: All-in-one service management software to maximise resource efficiency, improve first time fix rates, net promotor scores, reduce energy, waste and emissions with 360 Field Service Excellence.

YOUR MISSION

You support the Product Management Team in conceptualizing our ESG software solutions, particularly in research and data preparation
You accompany all phases of product development: conceptualization, requirement definition, design, development, and rollout
You conduct research on ESG regulations and other product requirements
You prepare data and information
You create presentations and other product documentation for various target groups

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to sustainability, regardless of specialization (e.g., Business, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences)
Ideally, you have some knowledge/experience or are interested in areas such as:
- ESG Compliance: EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), EU Taxonomy, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
- Greenhouse gas accounting and climate strategy: Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) calculations, GHG Protocol Standard, reduction goals and measures
- Product sustainability: Product Carbon Footprint (PCF), Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)
- Supply chain law: Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
You proactively contribute your own ideas and can organize your work independently.
IT skills are advantageous but not necessary.
You have excellent proficiency in both German and English.
Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
