As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for selling all our company's offerings to Enterprise level customers.
YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a First Line Sales Manager ideally to develop and grow our Manufacturing & Automotive sector in Germany.
You will play a pivotal role in developing the Small & Medium Business as well as Enterprise segment, building a team of strong Account Executives as well as relationships with key decision-makers and Industry Spokes Persons. The Team consists of AEs who are either responsible for SMB or for Enterprise Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team who are responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and developing opportunities.
- Developing the value proposition of the osapiens portfolio in consideration of the customers challenges and needs – Value Selling, no pure product pitches.
- Negotiating and close complex enterprise deals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and budget constraints.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at C-suite and VP levels.
- Developing a deep understanding of the enterprise market, competitor landscape, and industry trends.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering) to drive the sales cycle forward.
- Exceeding assigned sales quotas and contribute to the achievement of the team's overall sales objectives.
- Participating in ongoing sales training and development programs to stay ahead of the curve.
