YOUR MISSION
As our Customer Security Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering customer value through using your comprehensive IT security knowledge to support winning new customers. You will be the expert for all IT security related topics for our osapiens product portfolio and will act as an ambassador for IT-security for all our customer-facing roles.
As a Customer Security Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as the primary security management interface with the customer
- Understanding customers short- and long-term security needs and providing guidance
- Creating and maintaining a customer centric security repository
- Identifying industry specific security needs as a direct input for our compliance and product development teams
- Managing and processing customer specific security inquiries
- Building the bridge between our Chief Technology and Security Officer, and also internal teams such product development, pre-sales and sales
- Building trust to customers security officers on all levels
- Coaching sales and pre-sales teams on customer security topics in order to hasten sales cycles and increase success rates
