Your role as a Working Student in Sales & Internationalisation will be dedicated to our ESG team. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive or the EU Deforestation Regulation.
Your Mission
As a working student in Sales & Internationalisation, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team to grow and expand to international markets. You will take part in developing & implementing sales processes and winning strategies for our software solutions. This position will closely work together with the Executive Vice President of Sales and the Head of International Growth. Our team offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on experience in the international sales processes, market research, and cross-cultural communication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of new sales process and structures for the global sales organization
  • Monitor and analyse competitor's activities to form winning sales strategies
  • Optimize the knowledge management across teams
  • Perform detailed market analyses to identify potentials for international business growth
  • Conceptualise, oversee, and implement customer activities within our CRM system for both new and existing clients
  • Gather data and analyse sales performance through detailed reporting
  • Provide daily support for our sales team leadership team
Your Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a business degree program with a specialisation in business, sales, management or related.
  • First experience in a fast-paced business environment like in management consulting, SaaS sales, Scale-ups, VC, strategy departments.
  • Result-oriented mindset focused on driving business growth and consistently achieving targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach towards learning and contributing to the sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to collaborating in diverse and global environments.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate academic commitments and business needs.
  • Proficiency in both German and English at a professional level.
