Your Mission
This Account Executive role is dedicated to ESG, known to osapiens as Business Partner Transparency. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. 

We have a huge opportunity ahead of us as we expand our UK presence, and we're looking for a committed, motivated Senior Account Executive who has experience in selling complex B2B SaaS Solutions.Your mission is to drive our expansion by securing partnerships with top-tier and Enterprise companies. We're looking for somebody who has experience in the UK Market, and can speak Native English. This role will be based out of our central Madrid hub.
Your Responsibilities
  • Managing outbound sales activities to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Prioritising activities and tasks effectively to maximise productivity and achieve sales objectives.
  • Nurturing and developing client relationships, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Taking ownership of the identification, progression, and closure of functional and platform deals, demonstrating proficiency in the entire sales cycle.
  • Facilitating close collaboration among various supporting functions, including presales, customer success, marketing, partner management, and support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful deal execution. 
Your Experience
  • Proven track record in B2B Saas sales, demonstrating success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive experience in end-to-end deal shaping and value-based selling, with a focus on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions, ideally with Enterprise level customers.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDICCC, showcasing ability to effectively navigate complex sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and close SaaS deals, highlighting achievements in driving revenue growth and expanding customer base.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both verbal and written, essential for building rapport with clients and articulating value propositions effectively.
  • Experience having
