Your Mission

As an onboarding specialist, you are in direct contact with clients from various industries, from mid-sized companies to DAX-listed corporations. You will support them in the implementation and use of our software solution for CSRD compliance and Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) reporting. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding process and work closely with our customer success team to build strong relationships with our clients.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding of new and existing clients, focusing on our solutions for CSRD and CCF
Independently conduct training for Double Materiality Analysis and CSRD reporting, as well as for Corporate Carbon Footprint calculation
Assist in creating enablement materials and conducting webinars
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the onboarding process
Collaborate with the customer success team to strengthen relationships with existing users

Your Experience

Professional experience in management consulting, customer success, or solution engineering (minimum 2-3 years)
Ideally, experience in ESG, particularly in the areas of CSRD and CCF
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Enthusiasm for active participation in a growing software scale-up
Language requirements: German C2 and English C1

Deine Mission

Als Onboarding Specialist bist du in direktem Kontakt mit Kunden verschiedener Branchen, vom Mittelstand bis zum DAX-Konzern. Du unterstützt diese bei der Implementierung und Nutzung unserer Softwarelösung zur Einhaltung der CSRD-Richtlinie und zur Ausweisung des Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF). Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Onboarding-Prozesses bei und arbeitest eng mit unserem Customer Success Team zusammen, um starke Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden aufzubauen.

Durchführung des Onboardings von ausgewählten Neu- und Bestandskunden, mit Fokus aufunsere Lösungen für CSRD und CCF
Eigenständige Durchführung von Schulungen für die Doppelte Wesentlichkeitsanalyse undCSRD-Berichterstellung, sowie für die Berechnung des Corporate Carbon Footprints
Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Enablement-Unterlagen und Durchführung von Webinaren
Aktive Mitgestaltung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Onboarding-Prozesses
Zusammenarbeit mit dem Customer Success Team zur Stärkung der Beziehungen zubestehenden Nutzern

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Berufsserfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, Customer Success oder Solution Engineering(min. 2-3 Jahre) Idealerweise Vorerfahrung im Bereich ESG, insb. in den Bereichen CSRD und CCF
Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Lösungsorientierung
Begeisterung für die aktive Mitarbeit in einem aufstrebenden Software Scale-Up
Sprachanforderungen: Englisch und/oder Deutsch min. C1, zusätzlich suchen wir auch nachfranzösischen MuttersprachlerInnen
