Your Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for assigned customers from various industries, from SMEs to DAX-listed corporations. You will support our customers in working successfully with our ESG software solutions. These cover a broad spectrum from CSRD and Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF) to the EU Deforestation Regulation. Through your close relationship with our clients, you will help them to strategically implement their sustainability initiatives in the most effective and data-driven way possible. In this way, you support them in acting as an effective multiplier within their own company and the entire community.
Your Responsibilities
  • You serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, understanding their business goals, and helping them achieve success with our SaaS solution
  • You support the sales team in day-to-day business and conceptualize sales strategy for software solutions
  • You conceive, implement, and monitor new and existing customer support in our CRM system, focusing on IT and sustainability markets
  • You collaborate closely with sales and implementation teams for seamless onboarding of new customers
Your Experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related 
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a SaaS company using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and experience with upselling and cross-selling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Your Mission
En tant que Customer Success Manager, tu es l'interlocuteur principal des clients qui te sont attribués dans différents secteurs, de la PME à la multinationale DAX. Tu aides nos clients à travailler avec succès avec nos solutions logicielles ESG. Celles-ci couvrent un large spectre allant de la CSRD à la réglementation européenne sur la déforestation en passant par les Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF). Grâce à ta relation étroite avec nos clients, tu les aides à mettre en œuvre leur initiative de durabilité de la manière la plus efficace et la plus axée sur les données. Tu les aides ainsi à agir efficacement en tant que multiplicateur au sein de leur propre entreprise et de l'ensemble de la communauté.
Your Responsibilities
  • Tu es l'interlocuteur principal des clients qui te sont attribués, tu comprends leurs objectifs commerciaux et tu les aides à réussir avec nos solutions.
  • Tu surveilles leur adoption, identifies les risques et les opportunités de ventes croisées/supérieures et prends les mesures nécessaires.
  • Tu t'assures que tes clients soient au courant des nouveaux produits et fonctionnalités par le biais d'ateliers et de webinaires. 
  • Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes de livraison et de vente afin de garantir une intégration sans faille des nouveaux clients.
VOTRE PROFIL
  • Expérience professionnelle dans un rôle de customer-facing dans le domaine du consulting, du customer success, de l'ingénierie de solutions ou dans une fonction similaire dans une scale up SaaS.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la présentation, en allemand (couramment) et en anglais
  • Compétence méthodologique pour développer efficacement les clients
