Your Mission

You will be joining a dynamic, fast-growing environment where you’ll collaborate across multiple departments to shape the future of our processes. Leveraging your expertise in designing ISO-compliant systems, you’ll ensure that we maintain our high standards without compromising our industry-leading innovation speed. Your work will make a tangible impact as you help us scale with both compliance and agility.

Your Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the ISMS and QMS in accordance with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies
Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions
Provide training and support to staff on quality and security management systems
Monitor and report on the performance of the ISMS and QMS, including key metrics and improvement initiatives to top management
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes

Your Experience

Proven experience in managing ISMS and QMS, preferably in a global or multi-site environment
In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 27001 Auditor, ISO 9001 Auditor, CISM) are a plus
Ideally, experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or finance
