Your Mission
This position is part of osapiens Terra, a specialized team in Munich integrating remote sensing data and artificial intelligence algorithms in sustainability software solutions. We build enterprise software for deforestation free supply chains. Our SaaS solution ensures compliance with the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) which affects thousands of European companies and their suppliers. For this, we track the supply chain end-to-end, from farmer to retailer, while leveraging satellite data and AI to detect deforestation.

As a Growth / Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies that drive the growth of the company. Your mission is to help develop new business opportunities, build partnerships and strengthen existing customer relationships to ensure sustainable and long-term growth. This role offers a swift pathway to launching your business career: Within a short time, you'll grow from a lead generation specialist to a sales professional, taking full ownership of your deals.   • Conduct market analyses and identify new thematic relevant trends

Your Experience
  • Experience: Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field and ideally previous experience in consulting, finance or a fast-growing startup.
  • Taking Ownership: Eagerness to take responsibility and own a project end-to-end. We will support and enable you along the way.
  • Getting things done: Demonstrated a hands-on mentality and the ability to get things done in the past.
  • Being Entrepreneurial: Use this experience to learn the ropes of starting & scaling a business.
  • Having Flexibility: Born generalist with experience in business and a firm grasp of fundamental technical concepts.
