Your Mission

As a Working Student in the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll get hands-on experience in recruitment and the exciting opportunity to shape how we bring on the best talent. You'll assist in fun talent outreach strategies, contribute to a smooth process, and support recruitment events—all while bringing fresh ideas and learning along the way. This is your chance to work across a variety of talent acquisition tasks, from sourcing and managing roles to engaging with great candidates. With us, you’ll dive into the complexities of recruiting in a innovative, fast-paced, and rewarding environment.
 

Your Responsibilities

• Dive into full-cycle recruitment: find, screen, chat with, and hire awesome candidates.
• Support the development of new strategies to engage top talent.
• Team up to make our recruitment process smooth and candidate-friendly.
• Take charge of some recruitment projects for specific roles.
• Identify recruitment trends and share fresh ideas to help refine processes.
• Help in with organising fun recruitment events like career fairs and school visit presentations.

  

Your Experience

• You’re currently in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, HR, or similar is a plus, but we’re open to all).
• You’ve got strong analytics skills and can communicate effortlessly in both English and German. Spanish and French are a plus. 
• You’re passionate about finding and connecting with great people.
• You’re super organized and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
• You’re proactive, creative, and ready to bring new ideas to the table.
• You can work both with our team and independently with enthusiasm.
