Your Mission
As the Head of IT and Infrastructure, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the current team while ensuring that internal IT processes and certifications are maintained. You'll be an effective team leader, skilled at communicating across all levels of the organization.

Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure with proven leadership skills.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in German and English is required. Additional skills in French, Spanish, or Italian are highly valued.
Technical Expertise:
- Strong technical knowledge, including experience in tool implementation, licensing, and compliance management. You should also be adept at negotiating with third-party suppliers and overseeing IT processes.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various business units, inspire your team, and foster collaboration across the organization.
