Deine Mission

Als Junior Product Manager bist Du maßgeblich an der Entwicklung unseres ESG-Softwareportfolios beteiligt. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Gestaltung unserer Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF)- und Product Carbon Footprint (PCF)-Lösungen und ermöglichen es Unternehmen so, ihre Klimaauswirkungen zu managen und die Anforderungen an die Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung zu erfüllen.

Als Teil unseres Produktmanagement-Teams entwickelst du dich zum Experten für unsere Carbon Footprint Lösungen und arbeitest an deren Weiterentwicklung mit
In der Produktentwicklung begleitest du Konzipierung, Anforderungsdefinition, Design, Umsetzung und Rollout neuer Funktionen
Du unterstützt andere Teams bei Fragen rund ums Thema Carbon Footprint und spielst eine wichtige Rolle im internen Wissenstransfer
Du vertrittst unsere Lösungen auch im direkten Kundenkontakt

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) mit Nachhaltigkeitsbezug
Kenntnisse im Bereich Treibhausgasbilanzierung und Klimastrategie: Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) Berechnungen, GHG Protocol Standard, Reduktionsziele- und Maßnahmen
Idealerweise zusätzlich Kenntnisse im Bereich Produktnachhaltigkeit: Durchführung von Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) oder Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Analysen
Erste relevante Berufserfahrungen wünschenswert, z.B. durch Praktika im Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement oder in der ESG-Beratung
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Proaktive und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Kommunikationsstärke in interdisziplinären Teams und die Fähigkeit komplexe Informationen zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln
Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung sind von Vorteil aber keine Voraussetzung

Your Mission

As a Junior Product Manager, you will be deeply involved in the development of our ESG software portfolio. You will play a vital role in shaping our Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) and Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) solutions, thereby enabling companies to manage their climate impact and fulfill sustainability reporting requirements.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our product management team, you will develop into an expert for our carbon footprint solutions and work on their further development
In product development, you support the conception, requirements definition, design, implementation and rollout of new functions
You support other teams with questions about carbon footprint and play an important role in internal knowledge transfer
You also represent our solutions in direct customer contact

Your Experience

Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) with a focus on sustainability
Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting and climate strategy: Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF) calculations, GHG Protocol Standard, reduction targets and measures
Ideally, additional knowledge in the area of product sustainability: carrying out Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) or Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) analyses
Initial relevant professional experience desirable, e.g. through internships in sustainability management or ESG consulting
Very good knowledge of German and English
Proactive and independent way of working
Strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams and the ability to convey complex information to target groups
Knowledge of software development is an advantage but not a requirement
