Deine Mission
ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) ist durch den European Green Deal eines der zentralsten Themen für Unternehmen heute. 

Von entwaldungsfreien Lieferketten (EUDR), Schutz von Menschenrechten (CSDDD) bis hin zur Nachhaltigkeitsberichtserstattung (CSRD) ist alles gefragt. osapiens entwickelt daher umfassende SaaS-Lösungen, welche alle relevanten ESG-Regulierungen innerhalb des osapiens HUB abdecken, und unterstützt Unternehmen damit hochautomatisiert bei der Umsetzung.

Mit mehreren Standorten in ganz Europa wirst du Teil eines internationalen und engagierten Teams, das daran arbeitet, unsere ESG-Plattform für einen nachhaltigen Impact aufzubauen.
Dein Beitrag zu unserem Erfolg
  • Du führst Recherchen für das CPO-Office zu ESG-Regularien und weiteren Produktanforderungen durch
  • Du bereitest Daten und Information für schnellere Entscheidungsfindungen auf 
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen und andere Produktdokumentationen für verschiedene Zielgruppen
  • Du unterstützt in externer sowie interner Kommunikation vor allem durch administrative Tätigkeiten
WAS WIR SUCHEN
  • Du interessierst dich für ESG-Compliance und hast idealerweise bereits erste Kenntnisse
  • Du studierst im Bachelor oder Master. Sozial-, Wirtschaftswissenschaften sowie Wirtschaftsinformatik sind präferiert, generell sind jedoch alle Fachrichtungen willkommen
  • Du hast bestenfalls bereits erste Office-Arbeitserfahrungen und findest dich schnell in sämtlichen administrativen Tätigkeiten zurecht
  • Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Du hast ein sehr gutes Grundverständnis aller MS-Programme, insbesondere Excel

Your Mission
The European Green Deal has made ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) one of the most critical topics for companies today. ​

From deforestation-free supply chains (EUDR) to the protection of human rights (CSDDD) or sustainability reporting (CSRD), there is a high demand for comprehensive solutions. osapiens therefore develops SaaS solutions that cover all relevant ESG regulations within the osapiens HUB, supporting companies in their implementation in a highly automated manner.

With multiple locations across Europe, you will be part of an international and committed team that is working to build our ESG platform for a positive impact.
Your Responsibilities
  • You conduct research for the CPO Office on ESG regulations and other product requirements 
  • You prepare data and information for faster decision-making  
  • You create presentations and other product documentation for various target groups 
  • You provide support in external and internal communication, primarily through administrative activities 
Your Experience
  • You are interested in ESG compliance and ideally already have some initial knowledge 
  •  You are studying for a bachelor's or master's degree. Social sciences, economics and business informatics are preferred, but all disciplines are generally welcome 
  •  At best, you already have some office work experience and can quickly find your way around all administrative tasks 
  •  You have a very good command of German and English 
  •  You have a very good basic understanding of all MS programmes, especially Excel
