Your Mission
This is an exciting opportunity to support the osapiens HUB. Our HUB is a cloud platform that offers various software solutions to help a company and value chain to be more transparent, efficient and sustainable. Our solutions automate the required activities as much as possible, allowing a company to succeed with the given resources they have and to still make an impact on their material sustainabiltiy issues. 

We are looking for three ESG Product Marketing Managers, one focused on EUDR, one on CSDR and another for Due Diligence. However, given that the regulatory requirements evolve constantly and given the relevance of the topics are going to change, the role responsibilities may shift into another ESG legislation requirement
Your Responsibilities
  • Product Positioning and Messaging:
    • Develop compelling on- and offline product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target market.
    • Craft compelling product narratives and value propositions.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including product demos, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Target Market Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target market segments and their needs.
    • Develop buyer personas and understand their decision-making processes.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature releases.
    • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a smooth launch.
  • Product Launch Management:
    • Manage all aspects of product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful launch.
  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to differentiate our products and services.
  • Demand Generation:
    • Develop and execute demand generation programs, such as webinars, content marketing, and email campaigns.
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Customer Insights:
    • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities.
Your Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the technology industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.   
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
