Als Vorreiter für ESG-Lösungen ist Nachhaltigkeit ein wesentlicher Treiber unserer Unternehmensstrategie und ein zentraler Bestandteil unserer Zukunftsvision. Als Junior Sustainability Consultant trägst du maßgeblich dazu bei, unsere Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie voranzutreiben und zu implementieren. Gemeinsam schaffen wir Transparenz, entwickeln führende Lösungen für ESG-Reporting und setzen Standards, die unsere Vision von Verantwortung und Umweltschutz in die Tat umsetzen. Du wirst Teil eines Teams, das den Wandel nicht nur begleitet, sondern aktiv gestaltet – für eine nachhaltige Zukunft und eine Vorreiterrolle in der Branche.

Als Teil unseres internen Nachhaltigkeitsteams unterstützt du den Aufbau und die Implementierung unserer umfassenden Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie
Du verantwortest und koordinierst ESG-Reportings und trägst dazu bei, diese kontinuierlich zu optimieren
Du wirst aktiv an der Planung und Durchführung von Nachhaltigkeitszertifizierungen mitarbeiten und diese Prozesse begleiten
Du bist ein wichtiger Teil im internen Wissenstransfer und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Sensibilisierung für Nachhaltigkeitsthemen bei, z.B. durch die Konzeption und Umsetzung interner Formate
Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam an der Weiterentwicklung unserer ESG-Lösungen

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) mit Nachhaltigkeitsbezug, wie Umweltwissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Fachrichtungen
Kenntnisse im Bereich ESG-Reporting, Corporate Sustainability und Umweltstandards (z.B. GHG-Protocol, SDGs)
Erste Erfahrungen in der Nachhaltigkeitsberatung oder im ESG-Management wünschenswert (z.B. durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten)
Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein strategisches Verständnis für Nachhaltigkeitstransformationen und Zertifizierungsprozesse
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Proaktive und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar und zielgruppenorientiert zu kommunizieren
Kommunikationsstärke in interdisziplinären Teams und die Fähigkeit komplexe Informationen zielgruppengerecht zu vermitteln

Your Mission

As a frontrunner in ESG solutions, sustainability is a key driver of our corporate strategy and a central component of our vision for the future. As a Junior Sustainability Consultant, you will play a crucial role in advancing and implementing our sustainability strategy. Together, we create transparency, develop leading solutions for ESG reporting, and set standards that bring our vision of responsibility and environmental protection to life. You will be part of a team that not only accompanies the transformation but actively shapes it – for a sustainable future and a leadership role in the industry.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our internal sustainability team, you will support the development and implementation of our comprehensive sustainability strategy.
You will be responsible for coordinating ESG reporting and contribute to its continuous improvement.
You will actively participate in the planning and execution of sustainability certifications and support these processes.
You will play a vital role in internal knowledge sharing and contribute to the ongoing awareness of sustainability topics, e.g., by conceptualizing and implementing internal formats.
You will collaborate with the product team to further develop our ESG solutions.

Your Experience

A completed degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a sustainability-related field, such as environmental sciences, industrial engineering, or similar disciplines.
Knowledge of ESG reporting, corporate sustainability, and environmental standards (e.g., GHG Protocol, SDGs).
Initial experience in sustainability consulting or ESG management is desirable (e.g., through internships or working student positions).
Analytical skills and a strategic understanding of sustainability transformations and certification processes.
Excellent German and English language skills.
A proactive and independent working style with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and tailored to the audience.
Strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams and the ability to convey complex information in a way that suits the target audience.
