Your Mission
You will manage and optimise our software and hardware systems, focusing on device management and onboarding processes across all operating systems. Your proactive approach to IT support, configuration, and security will safeguard our cloud-only strategy, enabling us to deliver innovative SaaS solutions that promote transparency and sustainable growth for our clients worldwide. 

As a key member of the osapiens team, your mission is to ensure the seamless and secure operation of our internal IT systems. You will drive innovation, streamline processes, and establish standards that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across our IT operations. 
Your Responsibilities
  • Management of the entire internal company IT, both on the software and hardware side, with a focus on Device Management across all operating systems and Onboarding processes
  • Administration of the internal company network structure and WAN connections
  • Internal IT support, assisting users with hardware, software, and network-related queries
  • Configuration of hardware, employee accounts, operating systems, and application programs while considering access rights concepts
  • Conducting independent analyses and optimising processes and systems
  • Focus on security to help safeguard our cloud only strategy
Your Experience
  • Completed IT-oriented training (e.g. IT, system integration, application development) or comparable professional experience in the desired environment after successfully completing IT retraining
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of IT administration
  • Expertise in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, as well as knowledge in network management (IP, WLAN, etc.)
  • Independent, structured, and problem-solving-oriented work style with a strong analytical understanding
  • High level of initiative, commitment, reliability, and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of English (German would be a plus, but not necessary)
