Deine Mission

Durch den European Green Deal sind in den letzten Jahren viele ESG-Regularien verabschiedet worden, für dessen Umsetzung betroffene Unternehmen technische Unterstützung benötigen. In deiner Rolle als Produktmanager bist du für die Konzipierung und strukturierte Umsetzung eines Produktes verantwortlich, welches auf einer dieser Regularien beruht. Das bedeutet zum einen, ein starkes inhaltliches Interesse an der zugrunde liegenden Thematik, wie internationale Reportingstandards (ISSB, GRI & Co), sowie die Motivation ein innovatives Produkt auf den Markt zu bringen, um Unternehmen nachhaltig zu unterstützen.

Konzipierung und Umsetzung neuer Produkte im Bereich ESG unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Reporting-Regularien
Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem Team von internen Stakeholdern, wie UI/UX Design, Entwicklung und Product Delivery
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Zentrale interne Anlaufstelle als Produktexperte mit dem Ziel, dass alle gesetzlichen Anforderung zu jeder Zeit gedeckt sind

Deine Erfahrung

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Du verfügst bestenfalls über mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung entweder in B2B SaaS Product Management Rollen oder als Themenexperte im Bereich ESG-Consulting
Du hast idealerweise bereits Vorkenntnisse in ISSB-Berichtserstattung. Kenntnisse im Bereich Financial Reporting sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
Du hast ein intrinsisches Interesse, die Dynamiken des Marktes und der Nutzer zu verstehen, um weitreichende Entscheidungen in der Produktentwicklung treffen zu können
Du verstehst Product Management als den Sweet Spot zwischen Business, Design und Technologie und hast Spaß daran die Anforderungen aus diesen drei Bereichen erfolgreich zu balancieren
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C2-Level) und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level) in Wort und Schrift
Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist es gewohnt, datenbasiert und auf der Grundlage deines Wissens sowie deiner Intuition schnelle Entscheidungen zu treffen

Your Mission

The European Green Deal has resulted in the introduction of numerous ESG regulations in recent years, which have led to a demand for technical support from affected companies. As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the design and structured implementation of a product based on one of these regulations. This requires a strong interest in the underlying topic, such as international reporting standards (ISSB, GRI & Co), as well as the motivation to bring an innovative product to market in order to support companies sustainably.

Your Responsibilities

Conception and implementation of new products in the ESG area, taking into account current reporting regulations
Close collaboration within a team of internal stakeholders, such as UI/UX design, development and product delivery
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
In-house product expert in your field trying

Your Experience

Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a related field
At best, you have more than two years of professional experience either in B2B SaaS product management roles or as a subject matter expert in ESG consulting
Ideally, you already have previous knowledge of ISSB reporting. Knowledge of financial reporting is desirable, but not a requirement
You have an intrinsic interest in understanding market and user dynamics in order to make far-reaching decisions in product development
You understand product management as the sweet spot between business, design and technology and enjoy successfully balancing the requirements of these three areas
You have very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) skills
You have great communication skills and are used to making data-driven and quick decisions
