Your Mission
The Junior Operations Manager will be instrumental in supporting both customer-facing and internal projects, with a primary focus on optimising our customer health and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with some initial experience, particularly with backgrounds in consulting, finance or SaaS. A hands-on mentality and a willingness to engage in diverse operational tasks are essential for success in this role.
Your Responsibilities
Project Support:
  • Assist in managing and executing customer and internal projects
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes for internal and external stakeholders
Process Improvement:
  • Analyse and optimise processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline workflows
Data Management and Analysis:
  • Collect, organise, and analyse data related to operations and onboarding processes
  • Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with teams across Product, Delivery, Customer Support, and Sales to support integrated initiatives (e.g., the user story and feature creation process or global sales push initiatives)
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to achieve project goals
Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively suggest and implement enhancements to operational workflows and project management practices
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate relevant strategies into company operations
Your Experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience, including internships in consulting, finance, SaaS, or operational roles
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) or CSM tools (e.g., Planhat) is a plus
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Fluency in German and English is required
