Your Mission
As a (Senior) Manager Group Accounting - Consolidation, you will take responsibility for the preparation and execution of consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in accordance with HGB and IFRS, including group notes and management reports. You will report directly to the Head of Accounting and ensure the quality of the consolidation processes. Following a successful IFRS conversion, you will take the lead in establishing monthly consolidation and IFRS conversion processes and act as the central contact person for the auditor in all audit-related matters.
You will work closely with Finance Operations, the Shared Service Center Headquarters in Mannheim, Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Controlling to ensure efficient consolidation processes and to guarantee that all reporting is accurate and timely. In doing so, you will significantly contribute to the development and automation of consolidation and reporting processes and take responsibility for the implementation and optimization of consolidation software.
With your expertise and hands-on mentality, you will ensure that the accounting department is optimally aligned for scalable international growth and capital market readiness. You will support M&A projects and integrate new subsidiaries into the IFRS group financial statements. Furthermore, you will play a key role in the continuous improvement of consolidation and reporting processes, driving the professionalization of Finance to the next level.
