Your Mission
Your mission as our Senior Partner Enablement Lead is to define, develop, and execute enablement programs to scale osapiens’ partner community, empowering partners to effectively sell, support, and implement osapiens solutions. This role includes defining the Sales Enablement Program for partners, creating a technical enablement framework, and identifying value-added services provided by the partner ecosystem.
You'll be a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, experience with enablement frameworks and online certifications, and a deep understanding of osapiens’ solutions, the Partner Enablement Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.
This role sits within the Commercial Enablement team and collaborates closely with the Sales Enablement team to design, implement, and refine strategies that drive sales productivity, enhance customer engagement, and support overall business growth. The position also involves significant engagement with the Global Partner Management team, in addition to other cross-functional teams.
