Your Mission
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for assigned customers from various industries, from SMEs to DAX-listed corporations. You will support our customers in working successfully with our ESG software solutions. These cover a broad spectrum from CSRD and Corporate Carbon Footprints (CCF) to the EU Deforestation Regulation. Through your close relationship with our clients, you will help them to strategically implement their sustainability initiatives in the most effective and data-driven way possible. In this way, you support them in acting as an effective multiplier within their own company and the entire community.
We love to continuously improve our services, launch new products continuously, and grow as a team - for this it is important to work together in the office 3+ days a week (Mannheim, Munich or Madrid)

osapiens was founded in Germany in 2018 and we currently serve over 1,300 customers worldwide. The company is headquartered in Mannheim and has offices in Berlin, Cologne, Munich, Madrid, Paris, Amsterdam and London. We employ over 350 people from 40 countries. In 2022, we were honoured to receive the German Founder Award in the 'Rising Star' category.
