Your Mission
As a (Senior) Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will bring your expertise to elevate our Finance team to the next level and establish a scalable financial function. You will take ownership of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, optimize existing workflows, establish forward-looking standards, and support internationalization efforts in the USA, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK, and Italy.
With your get-things-done mindset, you will tackle challenges and develop innovative solutions. A particular focus will be on the seamless integration of our CRM system into financial processes, the implementation of a new ERP system, and optimization in subsidiary ledgers, subscription management, and billing. You will act as an operational and strategic business partner for our internal stakeholders, particularly Sales, providing efficient and future-oriented solutions. At our headquarters in Mannheim, you will establish a shared service center function to drive our global growth.
