Deine Mission

In deiner Rolle als Senior Produktmanager bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer ESG-Produkte, um betroffene Unternehmen bei der Umsetzung automatisiert zu unterstützen. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Produktanforderungen zu definieren und Marktentwicklungen zu beobachten. Hierbei ist starkes inhaltliches Interesse an der zugrunde liegenden Thematik hinter deinem Produkt erforderlich. Vorkenntnisse zu einzelnen ESG-Gesetzen sind keine Voraussetzung, jedoch wünschenswert, insbesondere im Bereich internationale Reportingstandards (ISSB, GRI & Co).

Im Alltag kommt dir deine Berufserfahrung zugute und du kannst in einem dynamischen Umfeld, was bei neu verabschiedeten Regularien der Fall ist, deinen Verantwortungsbereich zielsicher koordinieren und die Produktentwicklung maßgeblich voranbringen. Insgesamt bist du motiviert ein innovatives ESG-Produkt auf den Markt zu bringen, um Unternehmen nachhaltig zu unterstützen.

Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Produkte im Bereich ESG unter Berücksichtigung aktueller internationaler Berichtserstattungsverordnungen (ISSB, GRI, EU-Taxonomie & Co)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, wie UI/UX Design, Entwicklung und Product Delivery
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Zentrale interne Anlaufstelle als Produktexperte mit dem Anspruch in deinem Themengebiet zu jeder Zeit bestens informiert zu sein

Deine Erfahrung

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Du verfügst bestenfalls über mehr als 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in B2B SaaS Product Management Rollen und hast Product Discovery und Product Delivery verantwortet
Du hast idealerweise bereits Vorkenntnisse in ISSB-Berichtserstattung. Kenntnisse im Bereich Financial Reporting sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
Du kennst dich mit state-of-the-art Product Discovery und Product Delivery Methoden aus und hast ein intrinsisches Interesse, die Dynamiken des Marktes und der Nutzer zu verstehen, um weitreichende Entscheidungen mit dem Team treffen zu können
Du verstehst Product Management als den Sweet Spot zwischen Business, Design und Technologie und kannst Anforderungen aus diesen 3 Bereichen schnell identifizieren, komplementieren und erfolgreich balancieren
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C2-Level) und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level) in Wort und Schrift

Now, we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative ESG solutions that make a real-world impact.

Your Mission

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the development and execution of new ESG products, ensuring they align with evolving international regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and development teams to shape best-in-class solutions.

While prior knowledge of ESG laws is a plus, a strong interest in sustainability, compliance, and product innovation is essential. You will navigate a fast-changing regulatory landscape, helping businesses stay ahead while making a meaningful impact on global sustainability efforts.

This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

Your Responsibilities

Driving product innovation by conceptualizing and delivering new ESG solutions that align with international reporting regulations (CSRD, ISSB, GRI, EU Taxonomy & more).
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life.
Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps.
Acting as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments.

Your Experience

Bringing expertise in B2B SaaS product management covering both product discovery and delivery.
Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products.
Applying knowledge of ESG regulations by leveraging prior experience with ISSB reporting or financial reporting (preferred but not required).
Driving data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction.
Balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.
Communicating fluently in German and English (C1 level) to engage effectively with global teams and stakeholders
