Deine Mission

In deiner Rolle als Produktmanager bist du verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung innovativer ESG-Produkte. Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, um Produktanforderungen zu definieren und Marktentwicklungen zu beobachten. Außerdem stellst du sicher, dass alle gesetzlichen Vorgaben eingehalten werden. Hierbei hast du bei Rückfragen Unterstützung von legal Partnern, erfreust dich aber an der Anforderung selbst Experte auf deinem Gebiet zu werden.

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von neuen Produkten im Bereich ESG unter Berücksichtigung aktueller Reporting-Regularien
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern, um Produktanforderungen zu definieren und die Marktentwicklung zu beobachten
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller relevanten gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Produktentwicklung, Design, Delivery und Rollout

WAS WIR SUCHEN

Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
Du verfügst über mehr als 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in verschiedenen B2B SaaS Product Management Rollen und hast Product Discovery und Product Delivery verantwortet
Du hast idealerweise bereits Vorkenntnisse in ISSB-Berichtserstattung. Kenntnisse im Bereich Financial Reporting sind wünschenswert, aber keine Voraussetzung
Du kennst dich mit state-of-the-art Product Discovery und Product Delivery Methoden aus und hast ein intrinsisches Interesse, die Dynamiken des Marktes und der Nutzer zu verstehen, um weitreichende Entscheidungen mit dem Team treffen zu können
Du verstehst Product Management als den Sweet Spot zwischen Business, Design und Technologie und kannst Anforderungen aus diesen 3 Bereichen schnell identifizieren, komplementieren und erfolgreich balancieren
Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen, bist zielorientiert und zeichnest dich durch exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit aus
Als (Senior) Product ManagerIn (W/M/D) agierst du als Vorbild für deine Product Management KollegInnen und hast ein intrinsisches Interesse, dein Wissen zu teilen und dir Neues anzueignen
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- (C2-Level) und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Level) in Wort und Schrift
Du lernst mit uns aus Fehlern und bringst deine positive Einstellung mit ins Team

Your Mission

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of innovative ESG products. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and monitor market developments. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all legal requirements are met. You will have access to legal partners for guidance on any queries that arise, but you will also have the opportunity to become an expert in your field.

Your Responsibilities

Development and implementation of new products in the area of ESG, taking into account current reporting regulations
Working closely with internal stakeholders to define product requirements and monitor market developments
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Central interface between product development, design, delivery and rollout

Your Experience

Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a related field
You have more than 4 years of professional experience in various B2B SaaS product management roles and have been responsible for product discovery and product delivery
Ideally, you already have previous knowledge of ISSB reporting. Knowledge of financial reporting is desirable, but not a requirement
You are familiar with state-of-the-art product discovery and product delivery methods and have an intrinsic interest in understanding the dynamics of the market and users in order to make far-reaching decisions with the team
You understand product management as the sweet spot between business, design and technology and can quickly identify, complement and successfully balance requirements from these 3 areas
You enjoy working with people, are goal-orientated and are characterized by excellent communication skills and assertiveness
As a (Senior) Product Manager (F/M/D), you act as a role model for your Product Management colleagues and have an intrinsic interest in sharing your knowledge and learning new things
You have very good written and spoken German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) skills
You have a sense of good product design and work with the design team to ensure that our competition looks like Windows 95
