Your Mission

Your role as a Working Student in Global Bid/Content Management will be dedicated to our ESG team. Our osapiens HUB puts us at the forefront of the sustainability movement. This enables companies to fully comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and the Whistleblower Directive, to calculate their corporate carbon footprint, to comply with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive or the EU Deforestation Regulation.

As a working student in Sales & Internationalisation, you will play an important role in supporting our sales team to grow and expand to international markets. You will take part in developing & implementing sales content and winning strategies for RFPs. This position will closely work together with the Head of International Growth and the Head of Global Bid Management. Our team offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on experience in the international sales processes and cross-cultural communication.

Your Responsibilities
  • Organize, maintain, and update the global content library, ensuring relevant and up-to-date materials are easily accessible.
  • Implement metadata, tagging, and version control for efficient content retrieval across regions.
  • Collaborate with global teams to standardize content, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Assist in preparing, assembling, and customizing materials for RFPs, RFIs, and bids, ensuring alignment with global standards.
  • Coordinate inputs from cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, legal, etc.) to support comprehensive and accurate proposals.
  • Track deadlines and milestones for global proposals, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends to support targeted bids.
  • Regularly audit content, removing outdated materials, and assisting with content creation or updates. 
Your Experience
  • Currently enrolled in a business degree program with a specialisation in business, sales, management or related.
  • Result-oriented mindset focused on driving business growth and consistently (over-) achieving targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic work environment.
  • Enthusiastic and proactive approach towards learning and contributing to the sales team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptable to collaborating in diverse and global environments.
  • Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate academic commitments and business needs.
  • Proficiency in both German and English at a professional level. 
  • Further languages like French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch is a plus.
