Your Mission

Your Responsibilities
  • People Operations Processes: Develop and implement People Operations processes tailored to our fast-growing environment. Your goal is to ensure that our globally expanding team always receives the necessary support.
  • Support and Enhance People Operations Functions: Take ownership of various People Operations functions, continuously driving improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness across the entire employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in optimizing HR processes and fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Administration and documentation: You will be responsible for operational tasks, such as the accurate administration of personnel files and data, the maintenance of our HRIS Personio.
  • Compliance and Policy Management: Ensure HR processes and policies comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain and update policies as needed to meet legal requirements and reflect company values.
  • Day-to-day support for managers and employees: You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as onboarding new employees, creating and amending employment contracts, certificates and references.
  • International People Operations: Adopt a global mindset in everything you do. As our team expands across different countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, and the UK, you will tailor People Operations processes to meet the needs of each location, keeping local regulations and cultural nuances in mind.
Your Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations: Broad knowledge in a generalist capacity, ideally within a dynamic, high-growth environment, with a strong understanding of operational best practices.
  • Compliance and employment law: Strong understanding of compliance requirements and employment law in Germany, with knowledge of additional countries considered a strong advantage.
  • Solid experience using HRIS: Experience with Personio is a plus; capability to effectively implement new technologies for HR solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills: Particularly in using HR metrics to derive insights and improve processes and employee experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships across the company.
  • Project management experience: Agile mindset for executing cross-functional projects.
  • Proficient in German and English: Able to handle complex discussions and documentation in both languages.

  • People Operations Prozesse: Entwickle und implementiere People Operations Prozesse, die auf unser schnell wachsendes Umfeld zugeschnitten sind. Dein Ziel ist es sicherzustellen, dass unser global expandierendes Team stets die notwendige Unterstützung erhält.
  • Unterstützung und Verbesserung der People Operations Funktionen: Übernimm Verantwortung für verschiedene People Operations Funktionen und treibe kontinuierlich Verbesserungen voran, um die Effizienz und Effektivität über den gesamten Mitarbeiter-Lebenszyklus hinweg zu steigern. Du wirst eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Optimierung von HR-Prozessen und der Förderung einer positiven Mitarbeitererfahrung spielen.
  • Administration und Dokumentation: Du bist verantwortlich für operative Aufgaben wie die genaue Verwaltung von Personalakten und -daten sowie die Pflege unseres HR-Systems Personio.
  • Compliance und Richtlinienmanagement: Sorge dafür, dass HR-Prozesse und Richtlinien allen relevanten Arbeitsgesetzen und Vorschriften entsprechen. Aktualisiere Richtlinien bei Bedarf, um rechtlichen Anforderungen gerecht zu werden und die Unternehmenswerte widerzuspiegeln.
  • Unterstützung für Manager und Mitarbeiter: Du übernimmst tägliche Aufgaben wie das Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter, die Erstellung und Anpassung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zeugnissen und Referenzen.
  • International People Operations: Denke stets global in allem, was du tust. Da unser Team in verschiedenen Ländern wie Deutschland, den Niederlanden, Spanien und Großbritannien wächst, passt du die People Operations Prozesse an die Bedürfnisse jedes Standorts an und berücksichtigst lokale Vorschriften und kulturelle Besonderheiten.
WAS WIR SUCHEN
  • 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich People Operations: Umfassende Kenntnisse in einer generalistischen Funktion, idealerweise in einem dynamischen, wachstumsstarken Umfeld, mit einem soliden Verständnis für operative Best Practices.
  • Compliance und Arbeitsrecht: Fundiertes Verständnis der Compliance-Anforderungen und des Arbeitsrechts in Deutschland, Kenntnisse in anderen Regionen sind von Vorteil.
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit HRIS: Erfahrung mit Personio ist ein Plus; Fähigkeit, neue Technologien für HR-Lösungen effektiv einzuführen.
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten: Insbesondere in der Nutzung von HR-Kennzahlen, um Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen und Prozesse sowie die Mitarbeitererfahrung zu verbessern.
  • Hervorragende social skills: Fähigkeit, Beziehungen im gesamten Unternehmen aufzubauen und zu pflegen.
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement: Agiles Mindset zur Umsetzung funktionsübergreifender Projekte.
